Course Description

How can we learn to find peace when our thoughts are stuck in panicked overdrive?

Where can we find hope when circumstances around us appear to be hopeless?

Do the Scriptures really speak to issues of panic in the lives of God's people?

Many women today struggle with feeling panicked and overwhelmed in their everyday lives. Whether it's the result of motherhood, marriage, or life circumstances, most find themselves ill-equipped to respond to these emotional ups and downs in healthy, fruit-bearing ways.

In this video eCourse, Christine dives into Psalm 73 to observe how the Psalmist handled his panic, and how women can model responses to frenzied overdrive in a way that turns our focus off of negative thinking and onto the grace and hope of Christ.
